You are not required to receive records electronically. You may ask us to provide any record on paper or in another nonelectronic form instead. Giving or declining this consent is not a condition of obtaining any product or service from us.
After you consent, you may still request a paper copy of any electronic record we provided by emailing amir@leftcoastleaders.com or writing to us at the address above. Tell us your name, mailing address, and the record you want. There is no fee for paper copies.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, at no cost, by emailing amir@leftcoastleaders.com with the subject line "Withdraw E-Consent," or by writing to us at the address above. There is no fee to withdraw. After we receive and process your request, we will send future records on paper. Withdrawal does not affect the legal effect, validity, or enforceability of records provided or signed electronically before it took effect. If you withdraw while a loan is in process, your transaction may take longer because paper documents must be mailed and returned.
